Turf's Up!

Well after another disappointing day all our selections drew a blank except Inch Lodge in the last which came 1st albeit at a huge reduction after the favourite was withdrawn at the last minute. Our pick went off at 4/1 although trading for 7/1 moments before the off. As the cutoff is 7/1 Inch Lodge won't be counted in the results so officially it was a "blank" day once more.

I must admit that frustration is beginning to set in what with the weather and ground conditions on the turf jumps causing a huge outage in the National Hunt season. This begs the question: "When will turf racing resume"? Reading betwen the lines of the going report on the sportinglife website it would appear that "Friday and Saturday, probably" is the best answer anyone is going to get for now.

On the plus side I've nearly got everything ready for tomorrows giveaway and I hope you'll find it worthwhile as I'm already working on finding some more good stuff to give away in the near future. Happy punting all!
